President Matt Beasley was delighted to announce that former Richmond AFL and Frankston VFL player Des Ryan has been appointed to the role of U19 Premier Coach. "Dez's experience at the highest level, coupled with his strong communications skills made him the stand out candidate", said Matt. While welcoming Des to the Club, Matt also thanked outgoing coach Brian Bourke (who is stepping down for personal reasons) for the skill and tireless dedication he had brought to the role. "Brian has been an outstanding mentor to many players". Training moves to Tuesdays and Thursdays commencing Tuesday 9th March - start time is 6pm at Mentone Oval.
